Our very own Connie Baum was awarded the Long-Term Care Ombudsman Program’s 18th annual Outstanding Caregiver Award! The 2012 Award is a state-wide recognition and was presented on December 5th.
Connie was nominated by Continuum for the award for excellence in supervising the employees and clients in her territory, as well as researching methods and setting up care for a client with a brain tumor to enable her to stay at home, and performing her job with a constant smile and well-known laugh!
CONGRATULATIONS, CONNIE! It is well-deserved!!!
