Continuum will again be participating in the Alzheimer’s Association’s Walk to End Alzheimer’s, the nation’s largest event to raise awareness and funds for Alzheimer’s care, support and research. Office Staff will be set up at a booth and several caregivers and family members will join the walk itself. Please contact us if you want to be involved! We’d love to see you there!
