Continuum is the vision of founder and president, Barth Holohan, MSW, MBA, who started the business to meet care needs he discovered through his work and education. Holohan’s mission to spend his life career helping others started when he was a young man working in retirement communities.

Holohan founded Continuum in order to better meet the ever growing needs of the communities in which Continuum and Holohan serve.
